This is probably because some information in your confirmed order is incorrect. An address error or incorrect phone number prevents Budbee from delivering your package correctly. For pickup code on a Budbee box, phone numbers must be correct.

If the Budbee order is canceled, it will be returned to us and we will charge you the return shipping of 5 EUR for the extra delivery required.

If you have chosen not to pick up your package at a DHL Package service point, the same fee of 5 EUR will be charged to your order.
