Please note that if your country is not mentioned that we do not offer a return label and that you have to stand for the return label and costs yourself.

1. Use your order number and email to log in to your order.

2. Register the item or items you are sending back/ exchanging size in the same process so that everything is registered at the same time.

3. Make sure that your aim'ns are returned in a good, unused condition without stains or defects and with their labels on. Please note that a used item will not be fully refunded.

4. Preferably reuse all packaging we sent your order with and we are kind to the environment.

5. Go to your DHL package -service point if you use our label. Always save receipt for the return.

Note that the return cost is 5€. 

Once you have followed all of these steps it can take up to two weeks to process your return. Once your return is processed you will receive a email-confirmation about this. Please note that we do not refund you the shipping fee that was included in your order.
