In the EU you don't pay any extra for customs. But in certain countries they have specific rules for import/export. Always look this up first, or email us at hello@aimn.com if you have any questions. 

We offer a service where you are able to pay for custom in checkout-view. This means you pick either you pay for it when you place the order or if you want to pay this yourself when the package arrives. This option is now available for customers in Canada and will be shown in checkout. 

It is important for you who are a customer from the UK or ordering from a country outside the EU, to know that we use DHL Express for delivery. Which means you get an extra cost from them because they clear customs on your package. In the checkout you see limits for free shipping but this does not mean that the order is "duty free". If you order goods that have an approximate value of EUR 170 or less, you pay VAT (however, our prices on the site include VAT). If you order goods with a total value of more than EUR 170, you may have to pay both duty and VAT. This cost is therefore nothing that aim'n reimburses you as a customer. If you do not want to receive a package after receiving a customs invoice, you must notify DHL express of a return and also contact our support with this information.
