If you entered the wrong address or phone number in your order (for Budbee box, this is crucial for a pickup code, etc.) then we can help you change. Provided that that information reaches us before the carrier itself interrupts the delivery. If Budbee needs to empty your box or cancel delivery due to an address error, it will be returned to us. We will refund you the order and charge 4 EUR for return shipping. Then of course we hope you want to place a new order with correct information.
