Follow these steps: 

1. Enter your order number and email adress on the link:

https://www.aimn.eu/pages/register-return

2. Enter the reason code `report a claim´ at the bottom of the page. Then chose another specific reason code that explains the damage. 

3. You will then be asked to provide us with a picture/ pictures. Please make sure that these are in high quality and taken in good lightning. 

4. You will also be asked if you wish to choose a new size or not. 

5. Confirm your claim. Once this is done it may take up to 24h- 48h until we have reviewed your claim and contacted you.
