I have a discount code that I forgot to use, what do I do?

It’s easy to forget, and we always try to resolve this in the best possible way afterwards.

As long as the code is valid on the pieces that you want to order, we can correct this after the order is placed. However, we would like to correct this AFTER a possible return has been settled on the order. So write to us when you have received your return update and when you know that you will be keeping the styles in the order. 

I want to cancel or change something in the order, how can I do this?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address, remove an item or change anything else in a confirmed order. The order is directly handled by our logistics team as we always want to ship your order shipped as quickly as possible.

You can keep track of your tracking link and if your package is returned, you can notify our support that the order should be refunded. This will speed up the process and you will get the order minus return costs back.

I want to return a product in my order, how do I do it?

- We have free size exchanges and you keep the same price for the product. Let us know when you have posted the package and we will click through it.

- Return - the customer of the order receives a refund within 3 weeks. If you want to order something else, a completely new order is placed. 

- Return label is sent to the customer and leave the package to the correct supplier for the return label.  With exceptions for customer from ex UK, France. See listed countries in return chapter.
